GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Elections; deletes procedures for mailing voter registration identification cards; modifies absentee ballot certificates; modifies instructions to absent electors; modifies information that must be included on absentee ballot; prescribes information that absent elector's designee must include with absentee ballot; prohibits receipt of fee or benefit for witnessing absentee ballot; provides criminal penalty. Amends Ch. 101, 97.071, 104.047.
