GENERAL BILL by Peaden
Correctional Work Programs; amends labor requirements re inmates; provides for TIITF to enter into leases with corporation set up to operate correctional work programs; amends provision specifying which commodities may be produced & sold by corporation; provides for responsibilities of DOC for cultivating & selling food items & for supervising certain work activities of inmates; provides for corporation to establish work camps, etc. Amends Ch. 946, 320.06.
