Correctional Work Programs; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1604,1618) requires DOC to reevaluate vocational education programs; amends labor requirements re inmates; provides for TIITF to enter into leases with corporation set up under certain section to operate correctional work programs; provides for prison industry enhancement (PIE) programs; amends provisions re manufacturing certain tags & decals for HSMV, etc. Amends 320.06, 944.801, Ch. 946.
