Child Support; provides definitions; revises requirements for determination & adjustment of child support obligation; provides presumption re adult parent's ability to work; revises allowable deductions from gross income; provides responsibility for health insurance costs & noncovered medical costs; requires court review of child support obligation arrived at through settlement agreement; creates Child Support Study Commission, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $175,000.
