Real Estate Brokers & Salespersons; provides exemption from regulation under certain provisions re real estate brokers, salespersons, & schools, for any federally registered securities dealer, or any federally insured depository institution & any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate thereof, in connection with sale, exchange, purchase, or rental of business enterprise to or by an accredited investor. Amends 475.011.
