HB 217: Protective Injunctions

GENERAL BILL by Ritchie

Protective Injunctions; provides that, re causes of action for injunction for protection in cases of repeat violence, parent or guardian of minor child living at home has standing in circuit court; provides that parent or guardian need not include specific facts & circumstances which form basis upon which relief is sought in order to be issued injunction on behalf of minor child, etc. Amends 784.046; reenacts FS.
