Condominium Associations; provides additional requirements for declaration of condominium; clarifies requirements for amending & recording declaration of condominium; provides for determining percentage share of liability for common expenses & ownership for purposes of condos comprising multicondominium development; provides additional mailing requirements & additional penalties for denying access to certain records, etc. Amends Ch. 718, 624.462; creates 718.405.
