Citizens Commission/K-12 Education; creates Citizens Commission on Funding K-12 Education; provides legislative intent; assigns commission to JLMC for fiscal & administrative purposes; authorizes entering into contracts or agreements for required expertise; authorizes application for & acceptance of funds & services from public & private sources; provides for public hearings around state prior to submission of final recommendations, etc. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
