GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sullivan
Developmentally Disabled Persons; provides legislative intent re eligibility criteria for intermediate-care facilities for developmentally disabled; requires that CFS Dept. make certain assessments re prospective residents of intermediate-care facilities; revises requirements for emergency-management plans; provides requirements for background screening; requires that CFS Dept. design system to provide consumer-directed & choice-based services, etc. Amends FS.
