Maximizing Federal Medicaid Funding; authorizes AHCA to develop policies & procedures to allow for certification of local matching funds for covered Title XIX Medicaid services; provides eligibility criteria for projects to be included as part of local match; provides responsibilities of CFS Dept.; authorizes dept. to develop policies & procedures to allow for certification of local matching funds for Title IV-E services to children; requires annual report, etc. Creates 409.9072.
