Ad Valorem Tax Administration; repeals provisions which require inclusion of applicant's & applicant's spouse's social security numbers on applications for specified ad valorem tax exemptions, & on short form & renewal applications for such exemptions beginning with tax year 2000; specifies that public records exemption for such social security numbers will continue to apply to such numbers previously submitted, etc. Repeals 196.011(1)(b),(11); amends 193.114,.1142.
