GENERAL BILL by Health Care Services ; Peaden
Medicaid Program; authorizes AHCA to develop certified match program for Healthy Start services under certain circumstances; creates "Medicaid Estate Recovery Act" & provides legislative intent; provides that receipt of Medicaid benefits creates claim & interest by AHCA against estate; specifies claim's class standing; provides circumstances for nonenforcement of claims; authorizes onsite reviews of physician records by AHCA, etc. Amends Chs. 409, 641, 733.
