HB 2245: Driver Improvement Schools

GENERAL BILL by Tullis

Driver Improvement Schools; increases number of times person cited for certain traffic infractions may elect to attend driver improvement course in lieu of making court appearance; provides fee for persons who enroll in driver improvement course by HSMV order; requires that certain persons who are convicted of, or who plead nolo contendere to, certain noncriminal traffic offenses attend mandatory driver improvement course, etc. Amends Chs. 318, 322, 627.06501.
