GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Horne
Tobacco Products/Cigarettes; requires registration of entities acting as primary source of supply; prohibits wholesale dealers from shipping or accepting delivery of cigarettes from outside state other than directly from primary source of supply; provides limitation on possession of cigarettes with certain labels; provides for seizure & forfeiture of cigarettes in violation, & for suspension & revocation of permits, etc. Amends Ch. 210.
