GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy
Multiuse Community Facilities; authorizes DCA to administer grant program for funding acquisition or renovation of multiuse community facilities; authorizes counties, municipalities, & certain nonprofit corporations to apply for such grants; requires that recipient provide certain matching funds; provides for review panel to review grant applications, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
