GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf
University Student Governments; redefines term "qualifying educational institution"; provides for Fla. Student Association, Inc., rather than Council of Student Body Presidents, to establish certain rules & guidelines for judicial proceedings involving students in State University System; creates student government at each state university; provides for composition of student governments & for their election, etc. Amends Chs. 240, 447, 97.021, 120.81.
