Homestead Exemption/Disabled Persons; increases income limitation re exemption for homestead of paraplegic, hemiplegic, or other totally & permanently disabled person who must use wheelchair for mobility or who is legally blind; provides for submission of income statement required in connection with said income limitation. Amends 196.101.
