Juvenile Justice; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1724,2312) creates workgroup to study effectiveness of risk assessment instrument; provides for future repeal of provisions re creation & use of instrument; sets time limits for filing petition for delinquency in certain circumstances; provides for extension of time limits in specified circumstances; requires law enforcement agencies to act upon subpoenas & serve process within certain time, etc. Amends Ch. 985.
