GENERAL BILL by Campbell
State Group Insurance Program; clarifies provisions re operation of State Group Insurance Division; provides for Career Service exemptions in said division; clarifies requirements for contracting with HMOs; revises, clarifies, & reorganizes provisions re state employees' prescription drug program; increases copayments; provides for protection of state employee health insurance benefits, etc. Amends Ch. 110, 20.22, 768.76.
