Florida's Entertainment Industry; creates Office of Film Commissioner; provides procedure for selection of said commissioner; creates Fla. Film Advisory Council within Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development of Executive Office of Governor; authorizes acceptance & use of specified goods & services by employees & representatives of said office; provides certain requirements re claims for expenses; provides for civil liability, etc. Amends Ch. 288, 14.2015.
