Public Works Projects/Suits; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H311 & CS/H243) specifies conditions under which suits may be brought by & against public authority re specified public works projects; provides for rights, obligations, remedies, & defenses of public authority & contractor; excludes specified basis of liability; provides for construction of act; applies only to contracts entered into on or after 07/01/1999. Amends 255.05.
