Construction Industry; revises eligibility requirements for certification as building inspector or plans examiner; provides for biennial renewal of licenses of asbestos consultants & asbestos contractors & provides continuing education requirements therefor; revises course requirements for onsite supervisors & asbestos abatement workers; requires certain work experience for alarm system contractor I to be in certain types of fire alarm systems, etc. Amends FS.
