CS/SB 2456: Special Districts
GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Rossin
Special Districts; provides that community development districts established pursuant to law shall be deemed in compliance with certain charter requirements; requires newly elected or appointed special district board members to complete educational course conducted by Fla. Association of Special Districts & provides requirements with respect thereto; specifies requirements for charter of community development district, etc. Amends Chs. 189, 190.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
