Health Technology Industry; exempts certain medical device manufacturers from specified registration & fee provisions of Fla. Drug & Cosmetic Act; requires State University System & University of Miami to report to Legislature on evaluation of certain business incubator, clinical trial, intellectual property, & technology transfer activities; directs Enterprise Florida, Inc., & Banking & Finance Dept. to evaluate ch. 517, F.S., etc. Amends 499.015.
