JOINT RESOLUTION

Tax Exemption/Specific Property; constitutional amendment to provide that municipal property used for governmental purpose is exempt from taxation; provides that general law may exempt from taxation property owned by special district & used for airport, seaport, or public purposes, as defined by general law, & incidental uses & municipal property not otherwise exempt. Amends s. 3, Art. VII.
