Developmental Disabilities; redefines term "support coordinator"; provides legislative intent; provides that individual who has developmental disability, & individual's family or guardian, may choose whether to have assistance of support coordinator; requires AHCA to submit to Federal Health Care Financing Administration an amendment to state's Medicaid Developmental Services Waiver.
