GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Trovillion ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crady ; Melvin ; Lynn ; Johnson ; Crist

County & Municipal Jails; deletes provisions that require board of county commissioners to provide specified amount of money to prisoner at time of release; authorizes said board to discontinue or revise gain-time policies; provides that it is second degree misdemeanor for prisoner to knowingly & willfully refuse to obey certain rules governing prisoner conduct, etc. Amends 951.04,.21,.23.
