Workers' Compensation; excludes employees covered under Defense Base Act; provides requirements & procedures for conducting certain drug tests & for reporting & preserving results of drug tests; requires employees to provide certain loss of earnings information for purposes of certain average weekly wage calculations; revises requirements & procedures for filing petitions for benefits; provides for payment of compensation by direct deposit, etc. Amends Ch. 440, 627.311.
