GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; King

Insurance Contracts; provides exception from certain insurance licensing requirements for CPAs acting within scope of their profession; requires that certain information be included with payments made by fiscal intermediary to health care provider; requires certain health maintenance contracts to cover persons licensed to practice massage; revises notice requirements for cancellation or nonrenewal of group health insurance policy & HMO contract, etc. Amends FS.
