Carrollwood Recreation District; (Hillsborough Co.) deletes provisions which have had their effect; improves clarity; adds definitions; provides for nonpartisan, biennial elections & transition schedule; provides for appointment of trustees under certain circumstances; clarifies voting procedures of trustees; adds standard business practices of district, including adopting bylaws, creating petty cash fund, calling meetings, investing funds of district, etc.
