JOINT RESOLUTION by King

Taxation/Limitations; constitutional amendment to require that any law that imposes tax, expands tax base, increases tax rate, or repeals tax exemption be enacted in separate bill by three-fifths vote of each house of Legislature. Amends s. 1, Art. VII; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
