GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) KURTH

Traffic-infraction Detectors; defines term "traffic-infraction detector"; authorizes county or municipality to enact ordinance that provides for use of such detector to enforce traffic laws that require driver of vehicle to stop when facing steady red traffic signal; requires public notice prior to use of such detector; provides that image produced by traffic-infraction detector is prima facie evidence that violation occurred, etc. Amends 316.003,.008,.0745, 320.03; creates 316.1971.
