Broward Co./Hillsboro Inlet District; combines & codifies specific provisions which created & incorporated special taxing district in Broward Co., known as Hillsboro Inlet & Maintenance District; repeals all prior special acts of Legislature re said district; provides for amendment to charter section titled "Prevention of Erosion of City of Pompano Beach Area," previously codified under specific section, to allow district to perform erosion prevention activities, etc.
