Lee County Sheriff's Office; redesignates Lee County Sheriff's Dept. as Lee County Sheriff's Office; revises qualifications for membership on civil service board; deletes certain limitations for classification as members of civil service; revises requirements for demotions in rank following election of new sheriff; deletes provisions authorizing specified amount of annual leave for certain employees; revises requirements for posting of notices of employment, etc.
