SB 2712: Collier Co./N. Naples Fire District
LOCAL BILL by Saunders
Collier Co./N. Naples Fire District; provides for codification of special laws re special districts; provides that North Naples Fire Control & Rescue District is independent special district; provides legislative intent; provides district charter; provides that this act shall take precedence over any conflicting law to extent of such conflict; provides severability; repeals all prior special acts re said district, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
