Home Medical Equipment Providers; provides for regulation of home medical equipment providers by AHCA; provides for licensure & exemptions; provides unlawful acts; provides for license applications & for fees; provides for background screening; provides for provisional licenses & temporary permits; provides for notice of toll-free telephone number for central abuse registry; prohibits patient referrals & rebates, etc. Creates 400.92-.965. APPROPRIATION: $701,370.
