Homeowner's Assn. & Cooperatives; redefines term "homeowners' association" for purposes of Fla. Not For Profit Corporation Act to include mobile home subdivision; defines terms "special assessment," "voting certificate," & "voting interests" for purposes of Cooperative Act; provides that all provisions of cooperative documents are enforceable equitable servitudes, run with land, & are effective until cooperative is terminated, etc. Amends 617.301, 849.085,.0931, Ch. 719.
