Homestead Exemption/65 Years & Older; authorizes boards of county commissioners & municipal governing authorities to grant by ordinance additional homestead exemption for persons 65 & older whose household income does not exceed specified amount; defines terms "household" & "household income"; provides requirements for ordinances. Creates 196.075.
