World War II Veterans Memorial; provides for construction of memorial to Florida residents who served during World War II; specifies source of moneys; directs Commission on Veterans' Affairs to cooperate with Capitol Center Planning Commission to report on cost & appropriate location of memorial; directs Governor to arrange for appropriate ceremony; takes effect 07/01/1999, if HB 303 or similar legislation is adopted in same legislative session or extension thereof.
