CS/SB 318: Intangible Property Taxes
GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Lee
Intangible Property Taxes; changes term "affiliated group of corporations" to term "affiliated group" & includes limited liability companies within its meaning; provides that limited liability companies may elect to file consolidated intangibles tax return; reduces rate of intangible property taxes; prescribes amount of accounts receivable subject to tax as of January 1, 2000; provides that an exemption applies to last 0.5 mill of annual tax, etc. Amends Ch. 199.
