Jeremy Fiedelholtz Safe Day Care Act; creates said act; provides penalty for making misrepresentations to certain persons re licensure or operation of child care facility or family day care home; provides penalty for negligence or intentional act & parent or guardian relied on misrepresentation; provides for ranking of violations on offense severity ranking chart. Amends 402.319, 921.0022.
