SB 342: Correctional Facilities
GENERAL BILL by Mitchell
Correctional Facilities; provides that it is second-degree felony to escape or attempt to escape from private correctional facility or other correctional facility operated by governmental entity or under contract with such entity; requires such facilities to operate under same conditions as publicly operated facilities; requires creation of cooperative transfer agreement, etc. Amends 944.40, 957.04,.08; creates 957.061,.035.
