GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity
Government Operations/Consolidation; provides for interagency agreements to consolidate administrative services if such consolidation results in cost savings; requires that Governor report to Legislature on such consolidations & that budget requests submitted to Legislature by state agencies & Supreme Court justify need to consolidate admin. functions; provides for EOG to recommend interagency consolidation of admin. services in order to improve agency performance, etc. Amends FS.
