GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity
FRS/Supplemental Contribution; authorizes employers within state retirement system to offer supplemental defined contribution retirement account; authorizes employer to contribute up to one-half of total contribution amount; provides for employer to make contribution conditional upon attainment of performance objectives; provides for Retirement Div. to issue request for proposals for investment carriers to manage accounts; provides rulemaking authority, etc. Creates 121.46.
