State Agencies/Temporary Employees; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S350,364) authorizes DMS to contract with private entity to provide temporary & seasonal employees for state agencies; requires that entity provide health insurance & retirement benefits for such employees. Amends 110.131.
