CS/SB 370: Domestic Violence

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Meek

Domestic Violence; provides that parent or legal guardian of minor child living at home has standing in circuit court to petition for injunction against repeat violence; provides for imposition of additional mandatory court cost upon person found to have committed act of domestic violence; provides for certain disbursements in accordance with specified provisions re funding of domestic violence centers, etc. Amends 784.046; creates 938.14.
