Equity in Contraceptive Coverage; creates "Equity in Contraceptive Coverage Act of 1999"; provides requirements re plans provided by religious health plan sponsors; requires certain health insurance policies & health maintenance contracts to provide coverage for prescription oral contraceptives; applies certain requirements for group coverage to coverage for small employers, etc. Creates 627.64061,.65741; amends 627.6515,.6699, 641.31.
