GENERAL BILL by Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Greenstein

Tax/Skyboxes & Other Box Seats; provides exemption for charges for renting, leasing, or granting of license for use of skyboxes, luxury boxes, or other box seats for certain events imposed by not-for-profit sponsoring organizations; provides that no tax imposed on such transactions & not actually paid or collected shall be due from such organization. Amends 212.04.
