Tax Exemptions/Electricity or Steam; revises industries to which exemption for electricity or steam used in certain manufacturing & related operations applies; provides exemption for labor charges for, & parts & materials used in, repair of machinery & equipment used to produce tangible personal property at fixed location by specified industries; provides schedule for implementing exemption. Amends 212.08.
