Farver/CFS Dept.; compensates Joseph Bellamy Farver for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of Children & Family Services Dept., formerly Health & Rehabilitative Services Department; provides for reimbursement of all unreimbursed medical payments made by Medicaid up to date that this bill becomes law. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $4,500,000.
